WINE MAKING

Maceration before fermentation in low temperature, fermentation low temperature, ageing in oak barrel.

VISUALS LOOK

Color is deep and grenat with purplish sheens.

At the first noise, toasted and grilled notes appear, and then the second noise develops spicy notes (clove...).

Mouth presents a nice concentration of tannins which melts aromas of ripe fruits and spices. The end is characterized by blackberry black cherry and oaky notes. The persistence of aromas is long and this wine reveals a good balance.
